I recieved a blue rose on the opening night of our amature production of 'The Glass Menagerie' by Tennessee Williams, in which I play Laura Wingfield whose nickname in highschool was 'Blue Roses'. It has been fantastic fun for me to do. Thanks to our director for giving me this chance!

The laura-wingfield rose was planted in our public rose garden in 2013.
